Established in 2002 we have focussed on delivering specialised recruitment and technology consultancy services to the materials science & materials engineering industries.
Our recruitment services are focussed on the materials science and engineering markets, where our technically trained consultants have a deep understanding of the requirements of our clients, and the skills & experience of our candidates. We work with clients from around the world.
In technology consulting we analyse, assess and develop detailed technology and business plans that enable spin out and start up companies to focus their business directions into profitable commercial success. Our expertises is in early stage research and development, with significant experience in university environments.

Starting his career in materials research and moving into senior positions in technology consulting, Robert has extensive experience in all levels of recruitment, from Graduate positions to Director & Board level appointments. Experienced in research partner development & management, IP licensing, business developement and strategy.

David has held Director level positions in a variety of materials and technology based companies. He is a highly experienced Business Manager and consultant.
