Established in 2002 we have focussed on delivering specialised recruitment and consultancy services to the materials science & materials engineering industries.
Our recruitment services are focussed on the materials science and engineering markets, where our technically trained consultants have a deep understanding of the requirements of our clients, and the skills & experience of our candidates. We have, and continue to work with clients from around the world.
In technology consulting we analyse, assess and develop detailed business plans that enable spin out and start up companies to focus their business directions into profitable commercial success. Our expertises is in early stage research, with significant experience in university environments.

Starting his career in materials research and moving into senior positions in technology consulting, Robert has extensive experience in all levels of recruitment, from Graduate positions to Director & Board level appointments. He has managed IP licensing & technology development projects for clients.

Dr David Field, Partner.
David has held Director level positions in a variety of materials and technology based companies. He is a highly experienced Business Manager and consultant. He has extensive experience in recruiting at all levels. He is an established Consultant in spin out and start up development and business management.
