Our client seek an experienced Production / Technical Manager from the Sol-Gel / Wet Chemical / Thin Film Advanced Coatings industry.
This role involves primary responsibility for bringing online a new production facility, and a key role in it's commercial and technical development.
Candidates should have a significant background in wet chemistry / wet chemical / sol-gel / thin film coatings within the electronics, optics, ceramics and polymers field.
Additionally, experience in face to face business development and technical consulting is a benefit.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self starter, capable of developing the production facility and key business accounts.
The position is fully supported by the company but offers the successful candidate a unique level of independence and responsibility in developing the business.
Benefits and renumeration are commensurate with the position.
